What we collect
The appointment form collects your name, phone number, age, short visit reason, preferred doctor, visit type, date, time and consent. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents or detailed medical histories.
Why we use it
The hospital uses this information to review, schedule and manage your consultation. Authorised staff can view appointment information. We do not sell it or use your health concern for advertising.
Calendar and WhatsApp
If activated, Google Calendar processes appointment timing and a booking reference to create an online meeting. With your optional consent, Meta’s WhatsApp service processes your number and approved transactional messages. Detailed visit reasons are not included in either service. Your doctor may receive limited scheduling details.
Storage and retention
Appointments are stored in the website database. The hospital must approve its retention period before public launch. Contact the hospital to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
WhatsApp consent is optional. You can withdraw it by contacting the hospital. Refusing publicity or marketing does not affect care. Patient media require separate written consent.
Embedded videos and social posts
YouTube playback loads when you choose a video. The Instagram profile preview loads when you choose to display it; a connected recent-post grid may load media from Instagram. These providers receive connection information and apply their own privacy policies. No appointment form fields are included in these requests.
Analytics and cookies
Language preference is saved on your device. Google Analytics is disabled unless a valid measurement ID is configured and you choose to allow analytics. Booking fields and health details are not sent to analytics.
